Com isso, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel o desenvolvimento de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es que acarretam na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamentos e processos novos ou tecnologicamente aprimorados que contribuam para a seguran\u00e7a do fornecimento de energia el\u00e9trica, a modicidade tarif\u00e1ria, a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o do impacto ambiental do setor e da depend\u00eancia tecnol\u00f3gica do pa\u00eds.<\/h4><h4>Por Lei, todas as empresas de gera\u00e7\u00e3o transmiss\u00e3o e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de energia el\u00e9trica devem aplicar anualmente um percentual m\u00ednimo de sua receita operacional l\u00edquida neste Programa de P&amp;D.<\/h4><h4>A ANEEL regulamenta o investimento no programa, acompanha a execu\u00e7\u00e3o dos projetos e avalia seus resultados, em conformidade com as diretrizes e orienta\u00e7\u00f5es contidas em seu Manual de Programa de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento do Setor de Energia El\u00e9trica.<\/h4><h4>A POWERCONSULT, sintonizada com as necessidades do Setor, desenvolve Projetos de P&amp;D em diversas \u00e1reas, dentre as quais:<\/h4><h4>\u2013 Desenvolvimento de Novas T\u00e9cnicas de Estudo e An\u00e1lises do Sistema de Pot\u00eancia<\/h4><h4>\u2013 Desenvolvimento de Novas T\u00e9cnicas de Estudo e An\u00e1lises para Sistemas de Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h4><h4>\u2013 Desenvolvimento de Novas T\u00e9cnicas de Estudo e An\u00e1lises relacionadas com o Planejamento da Expans\u00e3o<\/h4><h4>\u2013 Desenvolvimento nas \u00c1reas de Regula\u00e7\u00e3o, Tarifas e Meio Ambiente<\/h4><h4>Os projetos da POWERCONSULT que est\u00e3o em andamento ou j\u00e1 foram finalizados na \u00e1rea de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento est\u00e3o listados a seguir.
